It was my sister-in-law's 30th birthday on the weekend. She wanted a gift certificate for her birthday so I grabbed an idea on Pinterest as to how to 'wrap' it. It cost me under $5.
The bag of lollypops were from BigW for just a few dollars and the jar was $2 from Kmart. Easy and cheap. I didn't get to see her reaction as I had to stay home with sick Miss Molly but apparantly she loved it.
